Family Fun PArk FAQ's

Where can I purchase tickets to the Family Fun Park?

There are two ways to purchase tickets:

In-House at our Farm Shop and Bakery registers – or-

Online at https://www.appleholler.com/fun-on-the-farm-tickets/

Who all needs a ticket?

Everyone entering the Family Fun Park needs to have an admission. This includes all adults and children 1 year and older.

How do I redeem/check-in with my digital ticket?

Visit us at the Farm Shop or bakery registers. We will check you in with your ticket QR code and will provide you with wristbands for the day!

Can I bring in my own food?

No. Due to our food and safety protocols, we ask that you please leave your food at home. Our Red Barn Restaurant offers wonderful home-style meals.

Can I bring my dog?

Dogs or other pets are not permitted due to our food safety certifications. Service dogs who have been trained to perform a task directly related to a person’s disability are welcome. Emotional support, therapy, comfort, and companion animals do not qualify as service animals (per ADA) and are not permitted.

What happens if it rains?

Please check the weather forecast for our zip code (53177) before visiting. Since your ticket is open-ended, you’re welcome to use it on another date if the weather doesn’t cooperate.

Our Family Fun Park remains open during rain, although some attractions may become wet or more difficult to enjoy. We only close the park in the event of lightning or severe weather.

Is it wet or muddy after it rains?

Yes, since we’re a real working orchard and outdoor farm, the grounds can become wet or muddy after rainfall, especially in grassy and natural areas. We highly recommend wearing weather-appropriate shoes or rain boots if rain is in the forecast or has recently passed through.

Are there mosquitoes?

Because we’re located outdoors among trees, grass, and nature, mosquitoes and other insects can sometimes be present, especially during warmer months and around dusk. Guests are welcome to bring bug spray or insect repellent if desired to help make their visit more comfortable.
