Smoked and slow-roasted for 18 hours pulled pork shoulder with onions, green and red peppers with Carolina or Apple Butter BBQ sauce stacked high on homemade cornbread with onion strings served with vegetable of the day, cinnamon apples and a sampling of sweet potato casserole and cranberry orange relish.
