Apple lovers will go crazy over this healthy shake!
1 cup almond milk
1 apple (cored, peeled & sliced)
1/2 cup Greek yogurt
1/4 cup old fashioned oats
1 tbsp honey
1 scoop vanilla protein powder
3/4 tsp ground cinnamon
5-6 ice cubes
1. Combine the almond milk, sliced apple, Greek yogurt, oats, honey, protein powder, ground cinnamon and ice in a blender.
2. Blend until smooth.
3. Sprinkle extra ground cinnamon over the top to serve.
