  • 1. Your non-refundable deposit is due now. If sending a school check, please make check payable to Apple Holler. Your reservation is not guaranteed until we receive your $100 deposit and signed confirmation.

    2.The final payment and head count is due in full 7 business day prior to the performance. All chaperones must pay teacher in advance. All sales are final, No refunds.

    3. The field trip start promptly at arrival time. Late arrivals will forfeit the show without refund. Please check in at the Orchard Market immediately upon arrival. Shows are held rain or shine. Please watch local forecast to dress appropriately. You may want to bring sunscreen and bug repellant.

    4. A gift certificate for the same type of entertainment in the amount of the deposit will be granted, if reservations are cancelled 30 days, or more, prior to the date of the event. If you cancel less than 30 days prior to the event date, your deposit will be forfeited.

    5. All shows at Apple Holler are subject to availability. An evet may be rescheduled or cancelled by Apple Holler in which case buyer will be notified immediately and given a reasonable opportunity to reschedule or cancel.

    6. Teachers and chaperones are responsible for the safety of the children. The activities of the children must be monitored by the chaperones while here at Apple Holler.

    7. Quantities of apples available for picking may vary from year to year. As in all farming enterprises, weather plays a major role in determining the size of a crop. At times guest may need to harvest apples from bins rather than the trees.

    Apple Holler is a Working Farm - Wisconsin State Statute 895.524: A person who observes or participates in an agricultural tourism activity on this property assumes the risks inherent in agricultural tourism activity. Risks inherent in the agricultural tourism activity may include conditions on the land, the unpredictable behavior of farm animals, the ordinary dangers associated with equipment used in farming operations, and the potential that a participant in the agricultural tourism activity may act in a negligent way that may contribute to injury or death. The agricultural tourism provider is not liable for the injury or death of a person involved in an agricultural tourism activity resulting from those inherent risks.
