DEPOSIT IS DUE NOW. We cannot guarantee your reservation until we receive your deposit for the first 20 guests. Remaining balance is due in full 5 days BEFORE the day of the event. Please make deposit check payable to Apple Holler. Final balance is payable by Visa, Master Card, Discover or Cash.
  • The buyer may, anytime prior to the balance due date; reduce up to 20% of the number of reservations reserved in this agreement.
  • A full refund of deposit will be returned if reservations are cancelled at least one month prior to your reservation date. If you cancel less than one month prior, your deposit may be applied to a future event. Cancellations made two weeks prior to the date of the event will forfeit credit or return of your deposit.
  • All events are subject to availability. An event may be moved or cancelled, in which case, buyer will be notified immediately and given a reasonable opportunity to reschedule or cancel.
  • All events are held rain or shine.
  • Cider is offered as part of the Hayride/Campfire package. No alcohol is allowed on premises.
  • Please feel free to bring hot dogs, marshmallows, etc. for roasting. If roasting, do so at your own risk. You must also provide your own sticks & supplies to roast.
  • When you and your group arrive please meet at the gazebo to keep your group together. Group leader please check in at the Orchard Market counter.

    Apple Holler is a Working Farm A person who observes or participates in an agricultural tourism activity on this property assumes the risks inherent in agricultural tourism activity. Risks inherent in the agricultural tourism activity may include conditions on the land, the unpredictable behavior of farm animals, the ordinary dangers associated with equipment used in farming operations, and the potential that a participant in the agricultural tourism activity may act in a negligent way that may contribute to injury or death. The agricultural tourism provider is not liable for the injury or death of a person involved in an agricultural tourism activity resulting from those inherent risks. Wisconsin State Statute 895.524
