Apple Rhubarb Bread

Ingredients:
1 1/2 cup finely chopped rhubarb
1 1/2 cup chopped apples
1 1/2 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
4 whole eggs
3 cups flour
1 cup nuts, chopped
3 1/2 teaspoons baking powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions:
Heat oven to 350º. Grease bottom of 2 loaf pans 8 1/2″ x 4 1/2″ x 2 1/2″ or 9″ x 5″ x 3″.
Mix apples, rhubarb, vanilla, oil, sugar, and eggs in large bowl. Stir in remaining ingredients.
Pour into pans. Bake 50 to 60 minutes or until tested done.
Cool 10 minutes. Loosen sides of loaves from pan. Remove to wire rack.
