Apple Cinnamon Breakfast Bars

Ingredients:
– 4 T melted butter
– 1/2 cup peanut butter
– 1 tsp vanilla extract
– 3/4 cup milk
– 1/2 cup brown sugar
– 1 egg
– 2 tsp cinnamon
– 1.5 cup oats
– 1 cup flour
– 1 tsp baking soda
– 1.5 cup chopped apples

Directions:
1. In a bowl, combine the first six ingredients and mix well.
2. Add remaining ingredients and stir until just combined.
3. Spoon into a greased 9×9 pan and bake at 375 degrees for 20-25 minutes.
