Apple Cake and Ice Cream

Ingredients:
– 1 box yellow cake mix
– 1 apple, diced
– 2 tbsp softened butter
– 1/2 teaspoon ground cinnamon
– 1/4 cup sugar
– 1 pint pecan ice cream

Directions:
1. Preheat oven acing to directions on the box. Mix cake mix, using 1/2 cup water and one egg.
2. Grease a 9×9 inch cake pan and pour in cake batter.
3. Toss apples with cinnamon and sugar and sprinkle on top of cake batter. Bake 20 to 25 minutes.
4. Serve warm cake squares with small scoop of pecan ice cream.
